Updated review. I wear a 9 in classic Chuck Taylor All Star shoes. In these shoes I wear somewhere between an 8.5 and 9. The 9 is just a bit big so I tried 8.5 and it's just a bit too small. I kept the size 9. Awesome shoes. Sticky gum rubber on the bottom as opposed to that fuzzy felt stuff Nike started putting on the regular cons when they went overseas. I noticed the size on the box said 42.5 and then noticed that the shoes are size UK9 which is close to a 9.25 USA or 9.5 possibly. I ordered the size 8.5 and hope that they ended up being too small so they're going back. The soles are the best part. I could do without the thin 'boot' that's sewn into the inside because it just makes the shoes look thicker than the originals. The main reason I bought these is that I hope they stand up to use for skateboarding.nice and general,fits good,good priceyep their Chinese … they are real.. unusual that have a white stitching around the heel ..This is just what I expected! I love them!They are great shoes but they were to big my grandson is picky about how shoes fit. I wish i would have just got a 4 instead of a 4 1/2. You probably shouldn't get shoes online. Probably better to try them on at a store.My son just loved itI ordered high tops for a student in need and I got low tops. He was very disappointed.My son loves his Hitops. The older, the better so he has already begun wearing them to break them in so they fit his feet perfectly.
