Here at the Black Bibs we make bibs for all shapes and sizes. Not everyone has long femurs so traditional bibs can be almost knee-length on some folks (including yours truly).

A year of searching and testing led us to DR Pad of Italy. The pad is rated for 8 hours but our own testing by mountain bike pro Gordon Wadsworth showed it good for 9 1/2 hours (chamois comfort is subjective, though). The pattern and fabrics are the same as our Black Bibs Plus Short Inseam but we’ve given this model black straps.

The pad is triple density 80-95-120 kg/m3. Thickness is from 2-15mm. We’ve added a carbon antistatic layer for increased comfort.
