Easy to use, it feels like the usual pen to the grip and it has made my life easier at work. if only I could easily find AAAA batteries LOLEditedDropped to 1 star - Unfortunately, the pen suddenly became unresponsive. The only thing that works is the shortcut button - only in that capacity. Changed batteries, tips, re-paired, updated, even troubleshoot. I've done all that was suggested by Microsoft (even the links provided are useless) and even from other users who have encountered the exact same problem. No help whatsoever. Now, I'm falling behind on a deadline and have no idea how to salvage the situation. Of course, Microsoft replies in about 48 hours to your queries but doesn't give anything more than a troubleshoot suggestion.
